BREAKING NEWS. As more and more companies take measures against the spread of COVID-19, PSI have built out an internal task force that meets each business day to monitor the situation with Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), and are in the process of closing testing sites and rescheduling CISA (and other) exams.
Test Site Closures
PSI test centers across the United States will be closed from March 19th until April 13th. To see a full list of the test sites that are affected, see here.
Rescheduling
Effective immediately, candidates can reschedule up to and including the day of testing at no penalty and no documentation required. Candidates are recommended to reschedule online and only contact PSI by phone if necessary due to long wait times. Due to this, all reschedule rules and no show policies are relaxed through April 30th – including no-shows that were unable to attend being allowed to reschedule at no cost.
